Twas the Newt before Christmas!

Citing the problem that Christmas has become a socialist holiday creating a "culture of dependency," for millions of kids, Newt Gingrich has taken over the role of Santa for this year and the foreseeable future.

Newt, shown in the second photograph in his thermal undergarment, and using intellect alone for buoyancy, floats above admiring elves explaining the new meaning of Christmas, self-sufficiency for the masses of poor children of the world.
In the last picture, again before donning the traditional Santa clothes, Newt explains to a democrat (without using any kind of lobbying) the faulty thinking in simply giving away toys without demanding anything in return.

"This is a fundamental problem" Newt told the elves, "when children grow up expecting something for nothing, and it contributes to the expectancy of a welfare state."

Instead of the usual handouts, Newt expects to deliver scaled-down gift giving for the children of the affluent, but rather than giveaways to the grubby little poor urchins, vouchers which would enable them to work as janitors and menials at schools and libraries, which next year could be redeemable for gifts.
